How shipping works for the seller

Find buyers throughout Russia and transfer goods for delivery at Boxberry branches to sell quickly and without risk.

Step 1

As soon as the buyer chooses and pays for your goods, you will receive a payment notification and an electronic invoice number (you will need the number when sending the goods to the recipient's city).

Step 2

Calculate the cost of sending using the calculator on the Boxberry website or in the mobile app.

Step 3

Bring the goods to the Boxberry branch where shipments are accepted by individuals.

How do I find the right branch?

• Using the map on the Boxberry website. Use the "Send parcel" filter. Only those branches where you can make a shipment will remain on the card.
• Using the Boxberry mobile app. It is enough to select the "Branches" tab and use the "Sending a parcel" filter.

Step 4

Hand over the packaged parcel to the branch operator and give the number of the electronic waybill. You can use your own packaging or get branded packaging at the Boxberry branch completely free of charge.

Step 5

Track the shipment path in the mobile app or in your personal account. As soon as the parcel is handed over to the recipient, you will receive an SMS notification about it.

How delivery works for the buyer

• Select a product on the "Klacify" platform.
• Place your order and choose a pick-up point
• Pay for the order. For the duration of the transaction, the payment amount is blocked.
• Track the path of the parcel in your personal account or the Boxberry mobile app. As soon as the package is delivered to your city, you will receive a notification about it.
• When you receive your package, check its contents. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can immediately send it back to the seller.

How to receive a parcel at a Boxberry branch

• To receive an order, you need to have your passport with you.
• You can check the order at the Boxberry branch within 15 minutes.
• Carefully inspect the product and packaging. If you notice damage or the product does not suit you, you can refuse the order.
• If you are not ready to accept the goods, approach a service employee: he will help you draw up a refusal act.
• Remember that when picking up your shipment, the employees of the Boxberry pick-up point do not check the performance of the goods, do not connect the goods to the power grid, do not advise on the technical properties and principles of operation of the goods
